Just wondering does anyone think running with a friend better than on your own?

I run on my own as it’s usually 1st thing in the morning. I guess a running buddy would help when you’re flagging.

I run in the morning too before work. I go on my own. Just curious as I want for a 10k walk with friends and we never seen the time and distance go in

If your both strong it’s great. If you get dragged along at a pace you can’t live with that sucks.

It can be, but could be a distraction while doing c25k

While doing C25K it is better, in my opinion, to run by yourself, at your own pace. Nobody will let you down and it will build the individual will required by a runner. If you do run with someone else then let the slowest runner define the pace.
