Love to see the sun but......

I put off my run for too long this morning, so when I did go out I was too warm and readily got all hot and bothered and very thirsty. I changed my run to somewhere more shady and along the river which was nice, I found i was running faster than boats!

Last run before graduation now complete, hoping it will be cooler on Tuesday.

Stats tracked my walks as well as my runs, but well happy with the progress I am making

I really struggled in the heat today too. My run was only 25 mins and there is no way I could have done more, I take my hat off to you :-)
