Anyone else here have these? I'm sitting in my pyjamas waiting for the kids to go out to school and I'm actually thinking I can't be bothered today. I'm feeling bleary as I slept really well, (I feel worse when I sleep well. Years of bad sleep do this to you) and I just can't be bothered. In fact, after the school run I may go back to bed! I imagine I'll get a bit of get up and go in a while and might manage to go out, but I can't see it being a record breaking distance...
Anyone else ever feel like this some days?

Having breakfast now, (super strong cheddar and cheese thins, yum!) So feeling a bit more awake. Outlook is starting to be a bit brighter, so I might take you up on that. π
Wow, you deserve a recovery holiday in a sandals resort! One dedicated to running, with sports physio's on tap, massage therapists and prosecco fountains everywhere you turn...
My play list is pretty robust, and every time Brandon Flowers tell me I'm the man, I have to agree. And when journey come on singing about the eye of the tiger, I have to admit it gets easier for a few minutes.
Yes Jundal and funny enough, when I do go out, (even though I donβt even want to π), Iβm so, so glad I did!! π Everything seems so much less tiresome after the run! I hope you do go out!! Big hugs π€ β€οΈ
Ironically the days you donβt want to run can be your best runs! But a bit of breakfast telly is appealing (thats cos I have a hang over π€¦πΌββοΈ)
Oh you poor thing... π Seriously, that's as far as my sympathy stretches, it's self inflicted! (Although we never actively think " I know, I'm going to drink enough to make me useless and ruin my day tomorrow" do we?)
Been laid low with a stomach bug so literally had a sh**ty couple of days, felt feverish and weak. Feeling better today so hopefully back running tomorrow. Not the greatest prep for my 10K next week but hey ho
