Well done. I found the first run was absolutely the hardest. You'll be amazed at how quickly you get stronger.

Getting out of the door and starting the program is one of the hardest things and you have achieved that so congratulations. Some of the runs will be difficult but with the determination you have already shown you can do it. Trust the program it works

Well done and welcome to the club! Keep posting and reading posts on this forum: the support is fantastic!

You won’t lose weight by doing c25k without dieting I’m afraid- I can recommend slimming world though 👌🏽

Well done. The first run is really the hardest. You will be amazed how quick your fitness builds. I’m a 40 year old mum of 3 who hasn’t run since secondary school.

On week 1 run 3 next. I’ve been dieting and running and each time I’ve ran, I’ve lost 1.4lbs. That’s enough incentive to keep going for me. Keep up the effort, I’m sure you’ll smash it! <3
