Graduation Run!!

I graduated tonight!!! Absolutely delighted with myself and truthfully can’t believe I got here. It took me 11 weeks rather than 9, but I made it! 🏃🏻‍♀️ Huge thanks to everyone for their support, encouragement, advice etc. My first time actually sticking to and completing anything and I’m going to keep going now!! To everyone starting out - KEEP AT IT! I’m proof that it can be done! xx

11 weeks, 9 weeks... makes no difference, you just put years on your life expectancy. Congratulations, you covered some hard miles to do this. 5k will come... for now just enjoy the moment, you are a victory.

Fantastic news! Well done and yes everyone who graduates inspires the rest of us to keep at it. I’ve got 2 weeks to go and still can’t quite believe I am running for a full 25 mins (never ever ran in my life and 50 next year)
