Graduation Run complete!

Obligatory sweaty selfie! Ok it took just over 3 months so longer than 9wks and im nowhere near 5k yet, but even that is an achievement for a fat over forty non runner. Bit disapointed that the graduation run was my worst of week 9 though. Still averaging above 8.2km, so i guess its time to consolidate and keep going. Thanks to everyone here and to this forum for existing. Genuinely couldnt have kept going otherwise. Oh and sports bras: they also get a couldnt have done it without the support shout out. Now how to keep motivation and enthusiasm going?

I agree set small achieveable targets that maybe add some variety to your runs. Maybe try a new route, anything that will keep you interested and motivated to lace up and head out.
