Thank you to everyone who has replied to my posts, as everyone says can't believe I did it, going to keep using the One You C25K app as falling for Jo Whiley 😄😄 (think she's got 5 kids!!!!)and will keep posting on here as when running I think of what comments I can put on 👍🏻 good luck everyone - I'm 47 and I can run!!!
