Just completed first run since graduating, felt strange not having Jo count down my minutes and encourage me along, but had Strava going and an eclectic music mix to keep me running. Completed 5k in 31.51 so I'm completely chuffed also very red and sweaty! π
Thinking of taking part in the park run on Saturday...have to keep reaching for goals to keep me motivated.
Have a great day everyone πββοΈπ

Definitely get along to a parkrun. They can quickly become addictive - and that's as good a way as any of making sure you keep going now the discipline of the plan is over. Don't be afraid to speak to the other runners! Have fun and let us know how you get on.
Had a great time at the park run. Very friendly and well organised. So nice to see so many age groups, runners, joggers and walkers. Finished in 32.32 which I'm so pleased with. Looking forward to next week. Happy running everyone xx
