Completed week 9 run 3 this morning and looking back I canβt believe how quickly the programme flew by. There have been some very tough runs but C25K really really works.
Iβm still not running 5k in the 30 mins but thatβs just giving me my next goal.
I havenβt lost weight - but Iβm still eating cake so what did I expect π€
I am fitter in a way I can really feel.
My body is stronger and bits of it are changing shape and getting slimmer.
I have so much more energy and I think faster too.
To anyone in the early days of the programme: you are amazing! Just keep going you can do this. And itβs sooo worth it.
