so I’m in last week , of c25k I’m 60 soon didn’t think I’d get this far. I have truly done every run with the rest days in between due to work, it has been slightly longer than 9 weeks. But hey no worries, I feel I have done ok and feel ready to keep going I’ve decided to continue my runs on holiday. So I’m in the habit , when I return one left come on Sunday let get this in the bag.
