Finally got some proper running trainers!!
Also got some 2 in 1 running shorts.
I almost feel like a professional πππ
Run went well ( week 8 took me over a month due to injury after running in walking shoes π)
Legs felt like I had lead weights attached to them though!!
Looking forward to the graduation then I plan on sticking to the 30minute run for a week or until it gets a little easier.
What do you guys think?
