That was my favourite run of the programme, only to be followed by a hard slog graduation run, done on a Friday evening after a heavy week at work, because of my impatience. I wished that I had waited until the Saturday and set it up more carefully, to make it memorable for all the right reasons.

This Run seamed very easy compared to all the other don’t know why but enjoyed it until the last 2 to 3 minutes which was up a Hill !!
