So I found my flat run but it was tough today. I just wasn't feeling the love 😔 A little frustrating, as yesterday I really wanted to go for a run but heeded the advice and took my repair day 😇
Positives are I did it even though I didn't want too and my cadence was much more consistent. It's obvious on runkeeper when I was running and walking.
I'll be doing my first morning run on Friday so will be interesting to see if that makes a difference to my motivation/energy.
