First run by myself and it was hard going. I think I set off too quick so i slowed myself down and I managed it all so I'm really pleased with myself. I had delayed the run all day and nearly put it off till tomorrow. Run 3 on Sun.

Putting it off is easy done, so well done for getting out there,

Setting off too fast can affect your run , good on you for realising and slowing down 👍🏻

Good luck for Sunday 😊

I am the world's worst at putting off exercise and giving up. I am so unfit that I am huffing and puffing like a 50 a day smoker! My walks inbetween are not very brisk either...however I still did it.

I will not go out and do my runs if weather is bad , so I am definitely not totally committed 🙄

You and I are doing this programme and to do that it has to be a positive move 😊

It depends which music I have on to how fast I walk 😂

Keep up the Good work 👍🏻

You did it indeed! Well done for not putting it off 👍😁

Going out on your own is tough if you’re used to company, so well done you for getting out there - that is good running grit.

Enjoy R3 on Sunday - good luck
