W2R2 - Done! Again, really enjoyed it. It was my first run later in the day following my first day back at uni. I managed to come up with my dissertation title (loosely, at least!) in the wind and rain and realised I spent the entire time concentrating on this which meant the run was significantly easier! The running benefits are so good for me - who knew!! Only took me 26 years to find this out but sooo glad I am doing this!

Great job... not thinking about everything certainly helps. Great that you’re loving this so much.

Thank you I feel the benefits are endless. I thought I would struggle doing it later in the day when actually it really made no difference!

I struggle getting up earlier to fit it in... it’s a big plus that you can do either and still be in your comfort zone.

I wont be able to do early for much longer so i am making the most of it whilst I can but it is reassuring to know I can do either!

You are doing brilliantly..so what is the title????

As the runs go on..you can plan yr intro..the chapters ..conclusions etc etc..

That will get you through nicely 😉

I know... I have to plan for my Ethical Application next so that was what I was thinking about on my run today. My title loosely is something to do with "how social workers define 'good enough' parenting and how this effects practice." Would like to think of a couple more options and then decide but actually I quite like this one!
