Welcome! You’re in a small minority thinking that was easy. Well done! Whatever you do don’t skip any runs, they’re adapting your muscles to run, it seems your base fitness is higher than most of us, don’t mix those two things up though, the programme will test you soon enough!

i know its going to get harder just wondering i did my brisk walk at speed 6 and jogg at 7.8 is that about right wensday bring it on
