Well everyone, it was a bit later than expected due to my trail run injury 😆(see previous post on my mistakenly booked wrong kind of run!!) but I did it!!!!!
I actually cannot believe I’ve done this. Remembering back to week 1 where I could barely run for 60 seconds and now I can do 30 mins - it feels unbelievable!!
I am very slow with a pace of around 8’20 but you’ve got to start somewhere!! I’ve got all the information from the forum of what to do next so looking forward to this being a new routine 😁
I would say keep going even when you feel a week is so tough - you WILL get there in the end and it feels great 👍🏻
