I intentionally left my alarm on, so that j could get up early on the bank holiday so that I could do my run.

What on earth is happening to me?! 🤣

Ha - I did exactly the same - and I just completed W8R1. We have been possessed by the spirit of running I think!!!

Uh oh... Better call in the Supernatural team if there's been a spirit possession!

Ya. You start thinking about how you are going to run in the dark during the winter.

I already kind of have a plan for that........! Although it does involve treadmill running, so we'll see :)

I know! I debated whether to bother taking my running stuff on holiday and decided I would ("I might get one run in")

I actually got 8 runs in! I ran every other day apart from from travelling days! WTF? This really is addictive!

Sounds like you’ve got the bug, I’ve got my son here for weekend and we ran together at 7am was great

WARNING!!!!!!

ADDICT ALERT..............

Good on you!

For me, this morning it was 50/50. Do I go out for a run or risk letting the Vindaloo-from-last-night gremlin win? After a couple of trips to the loo, I put on my trainers and completed W5R1. And it was bizarrely not too exerting at all. I really enjoyed it although I got dressed up for cold weather and was sweating cobs after the first 5 minutes. More wind needed! (And I don't mean that sort of wind.) 😂

Not what you're looking for?
