I struggled a little at the end of this one! I felt pretty good after the five minute walk in between the two runs and I ignored Joβs advice and started my second run a bit quicker than usual. At first I felt great but the last two minutes of running were very slow and the first minute or so of my recovery walk was more of a crawl!
Lesson learnt!
But, I completed it, still loving the plan and am now quite excited to try 20 mins for W5R3! I think I might be able to do it π¬ πββοΈ ππ»
