Just completed R1 of W2 and found it so much easier than W1. Really looking forwards to the next run. I might even do it tomorrow.

Best to take the rest days. Your legs need it at this stage.

Well Done!

Do something else (swimming, bike, walk) tomorrow, back to running on Wednesday. That's the way to succeed.

Well done you! ... but follow the advice of the others and take a rest day tomorrow.

Happy running!

You need your rest days! The high from a good run can keep you energised for a while, but the next day you will have an energy deficit if you try to run again. Also best not to from the point of view of injuries. It takes time for your body to adapt to running. Spend time drooling over lycra amd running shoes instead 😂😉 works for me 😊

I know you will take your rest day... well done you. Just take it steady and slow and use that energy for core strength and stamina exercises:)
