R1 felt great, despite the side-wind, good music, kept going and had a little in the tank to up the pace in the last 5 mins...
R2 - over-confidence and set out too fast, hated every minute and really didn’t think I could make it to the end. First time I’ve stopped dead as soon as I heard Sarah’s voice! Jelly legs and a shaky cool-down walk...
R3 was an anxious mind over matter get out there and just do it kind of run 🏃🏽♀️ deliberately slowed down the pace after R2 and felt much better.
Lesson learnt and ready for WK9 and graduating in 3 runs time!

Thank you! I know right?! Week 9 seemed so far in the future when I did my first runs, it’s totally sneaked up on me 😂 good luck finishing week 8, we’ll be on that graduate podium in the blink of an eye! x
Good for you! You fought the gremlins and sent them packing! The podium is looming ever closer, and your graduation badge is being shined up specially!
Good luck with graduation week. Three more runs and it’s yours! 👏👏👏👏
