That was really hard work... Still snailing it backwards and forwards on my white gravelly Umbrian track. Back home next week - lovely flat Llandudno Promenade 😍. May leave the rest of week 7 until Blighty.
Met a real, slim, fit-looking Italian (I presume) runner in hi-vis Lycra who overtook me like a gazelle and whom I saw again flying back on his return route (me still painstakingly trudging uphill.) I felt like a million dollars when he gave me a happy "Buongiorno" with that 'we're-all-in-this-together' runner's grin.
Because I am a runner now 😁.
Love to all (& back to making bread rolls for breakfast... need to knock the dough back & start shaping.)

Awesome - you're doing brilliant stuff out there - don't think I could go faster either- although chasing after a handsome Italian sounds a lot of fun 😁
Languid_Lil well done on your week 7 run. I am just behind you. I’m looking forward to another week’s challenge. Lovely to hear of your progress this week.
