W7R1 done

I am still doing my C25K runs on the trusty treadmill.

And especially this week, the weather here in Scotland has been horrendous!

The one advantage of doing the runs on the treadmill is being able to increase elevation and speed when you want.

And I have been increasing both speed and elevation towards the end of my runs.

W7R1 - a good 25 minute run - done!

Thanks Poppy xxx

I understand why you need a treadmill in Scotland. The nights must be drawing in and running in the dark is not easy Well done for increasing speed

Can understand the use of machine in really bad weather, but there's no real substitute for running or walking out in the open.

Yes, I agree. I am going to be running outdoors soon.

Doing a 10K in Pollock Country Park this Sunday.
