Hope the run goes well today! Your body will have been prepped for it, even if you’re not convinced! Slow right down if you’re struggling and you’ll smash it! 😀🏃‍♀️😀🏃‍♀️😀

Good luck! I agree with cheeky, you may just need to slow down a bit. The trick is to find your sustainable pace, the pace that means you can do the run :)

I am really slow but I’m overweight and suffer from diabetes 2 but since running my blood sugars are low and this week I’ve lost 1.5 lb

I’ve just completed week 5 run 1 and to be quite honest I didn’t think I’d make it this far as the earlier weeks were so very hard. Keep going, believe me it does get easier 😁

As the others say, follow the programme and trust it. It’s amazing what your body can do, so stick with it.

Everyone one has ups and downs but have faith in yourself and you’ll be at week 9 before you know it. 😊
