The plan last night was to do a extra week2 day, but woke up this morning and the sun was shining so thought be a man and start week 3. well when I heard that get ready for 3 mins of running I wanted to lay on the floor and cry, when I heard it the second time I think I was lol. I'm glad there is encouragement though out because on my own I would have stopped in the second 3 min run. I got though and well pleased with myself, bring on sat morning. now I have a 3 hour drive to Gloucester to recover lol.

Yay, you did it!  Well done, just goes to show what you can do when you put your mind to it.  Also, the programme is carefully planned out, so despite thinking we can't do it, we really can!

When we looked at the next week for our C25K journey, it seemed impossible we could do more when this week was so hard.  However, with a positive attitude, physically we can!  Well done, just go for it and nice and slow

Hi. I did wk3r1 last night and I too dreaded the thought of 3mins of running when I read it, but i managed to complete it and was very pleased with myself. I'm determined this time to complete the program, started lasted year and never got to wk3.
