Just completed my first run...no excuses to delay it, new gear and I felt huge and embarrassed but I did it and I didn't die !!! I actually enjoyed the feeling afterwards and can't wait for Wednesday now and W1R2 !! X

Well done on taking the hardest step, it gets easier! New gear too?! One of my aims starting running was because it's free, but there's some great stuff out there to tempt me and I've always got my eye on something new!
