yay, continuous run!

Wahey, I’m so chuffed with my run tonight.

As my previous post highlighted. I’ve not been able to run continuously for a while, so have been breaking it down.

On my last two runs I’ve slowed to almost walking pace, very slow jog, and found that the pelvis pain hasn’t been quite as niggly. I did 22 minutes total last time, but walked for 3 mins midway. Which seems to fend off the pain that’s been flooring me.

So tonight I thought I’d just give it a whirl and see if I can get the week 5 20 minute run. Super duper slow.

yayyyyy, I did it.

I do feel a little “delicate” post run, but no pain or problems during the run…

So, just a little post to shout about my unexpected achievement 😂

Congratulations to you Sar9 on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾

yes, I’m so pleased. I’d kind of given up trying to get a continous run. I hope I will be able to do it agains. Can continue with the programme now with hope!!

Thank you ☺️

🍏 Trust the program but more importantly have confidence that you can do it if you have got this far! Well done! 👏
