I was so pleased to have completed this run last week, and then the following day I fell over at work and have badly sprained my ankle 😒

Hoping I will be able to run again in 2-3 weeks time, but am wondering at what week of couch to 5k should I attempt to start running again?

You won’t lose much fitness in 2-3 weeks, but obviously you want to be careful on your recovering ankle. You could try W7R2 super duper slowly to try it out, and bail if it feels too much.

Or you could return to W6 and start with slow interval runs instead.

Either way, I bet you can’t wait to get back out there! Have fun!! πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ‘πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ‘πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Thank you, yes will probably start at week 6 again as soon as I am able! I have a feeling it will be 4 weeks of no running before my ankle is healed!
