Beth1307, the first run takes it out of you, after that you will make improvements run on run. Welcome and enjoy.

Well done! Pretty much everyone finds w1 tough. The realisation that running for 1 minute is harder than you thought doesn’t help! But stick at it, slow down on the runs and just concentrate on completing them rather than racing. And you’ll probably ache a bit too. But don’t worry, it nearly wears off in time for r2! 😃

Wk1 R1 is definitely the worst - just keep going- in two months time you'll be a runner 😊
