I read the post "Hey Fat girl" this morning. I had been meaning to start on the c25k for weeks now and, for some reason, that article spurred me into action. I completed the first walk/jog session today and really enjoyed it!! Looking forward to run number 2

Well done you! I bet you're feeling wonderful. This is a great programme in so many ways. It's hard, for sure, but the sense of achievement outweighs all the pain. I hope you have a great second run.

Well done, keep us posted on your progress.

I'm glad the "Hey Fat girl" link helped - when I found it, I thought it was so moving and inspirational that it would be wrong not to share it !

So glad you enjoyed yourself. You will get hooked because at the end of each podcast you can say something positive like 'I ran for 10 minutes today' (you will be soon) - can't say that at the end of an exercise class.
