Did week 1 run 1 today - I originally did this in January and got to end of week 5 but then suffered calf muscle strain, groin strain and then hip pain one after the other. So rested this last ten to twelve weeks but wanted to get back to running so decided today was the day and very pleased to be back again. Was quite tired at the end but glad to have made a fresh start.

Congratulations on missing that damn heat! Welcome back to the programme, good to hear there’s no reactions from those injuries.

Welcome back!! I'm in a similar boat, but not as long on the IC as you.

Take it gently, it will all come back to you.

You've timed it brilliantly :-)
