Best run ever!!!! Wk9r3

OMG I’ve only gone and bloody done it!!! Just graduated!!!!

The feeling is amazing, it was the best run ever. Not only did I get wolf whistled at twice whilst running (seriously!!! I was dripping in sweat!!!), a guy in his motor buggy thingy egged along side me on a steep hill I have never conquered before - think he thought I was going to collapse any moment.

I have loved this experience so much. Yes like everyone says I never ever expected to run 30min non stop and here I am. Everyone has been soooooo supportive and encouraging- like I have said become part of a wider family without the “in law” crap.

I shall continue to run, not sure what to do next but think gona take this moment in for a bit then continue until I feel ready for the next move. 😝😜👸🏽🏃🏽‍♀️

Well done big congratulations 🎊 on graduation. It gives you such a high without any drugs amazing feeling. I've continued to run 5k trying to get it to the 30 minute mark. Only ever did it once on my graduation from the app. I'm 45 I run 5k and I do parkrun runs now. Way to go us. Continue to run x

👍 well done and Thank you as I have Wk 9 ahead of me ... as wk 8 was hard not sure what to expect ( though doubt I’ll get a wolf whistle as I go out at 5:45 am so no one is about 😆) looking forward to it now.
