Best enjoyable run ever

β€’15 Replies

Went out for my usuall run today and everything felt so good , don't know why but that was my best run ever . Came in stopped Strava and looked at my results and I was so shocked as they are the best I've ever had . I just want to say for anyone just starting or struggling just keep at it. I had never run before starting c25k and even doubted myself a few times but today's run has really made me smile and even feel a bit emotional . Thanks to all the support I've had on here has made it all possible 😊😊😊😊😊😊

It’s amazing buddy, it really is...usually when you’re β€˜relaxed’ and enjoying yourself, you run your best. It’s great when it happens.

Wow well done! I’m on 35 min 5k currently so would like to increase my speed ☺️

That’s fabulous Buddy well done you 🍾πŸ₯‚πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

Congratulations on a multitude of PBs... that’s one amazing run... made even better by how much you enjoyed it! Happy running.

That’s a wonderful run! What a great feeling it is when it all feels so fantastic and comes together so well. Enjoy 😊

Fabulous, go Buddy34! Fantastic things happen when you are just enjoying yourself! ☺

well done Buddy34, brilliant run πŸ™ŒπŸ‘

Sounds like it all came together there. Makes everything worth it ! Bloody well done !

Look at those PRs, I'm feeling serious envy. Great achievement.

Given that my next 5k is the Edinburgh race for life that involves running around the side of Arthur's Seat, I can be pretty confident that the only PR I'll be achieving will be finishing the thing...

I've never took part in any race or anything I live in Scotland so maybe look into what's going on 😊😊

This is my first one too. It's not competitive, more a giant parkrun, but for cancer research.

Woo hoo! You’re on fire!πŸ”₯I am in awe! πŸ™ŒπŸ™ŒπŸ™Œ

How lovely to hear that.
