If I can do it you can you too (or probably already have)!
Edit: took the video down as it doesn't work. So I'll write down my thoughts in text instead:
This run almost had it all, there was a downpour and a rainbow, there were dogs, people and kids to navigate hence my heart rate jumped up a few times.
Managed to run 3.2km without any problems, both my longest run by distance and one of my faster paces.
In my excitement I missed whatever Michael had said at the end, whoops! Tbh I hadn't really been using the app, once I started running nonstop and had a watch to track my time and heart rate.
What now? I think I'll consolidate and work on my heart rate alongside it. Hopefully I can keep strengthening my knees as well. Inevitably I'll probably get bored after the first run....
Thank you everyone on here, sharing advice and even insecurities really helped keep me positive!

Haha yeah lucky to see the double rainbow. Thank you very much, I did think about my first run which I failed to complete due to knee pains, fortunately that pain led me to this website and since then I have managed my pains and injuries!
Yeah that was a bit of an exceptional event ... youβll also note itβs not something I have repeated !! ...now going about a 10k in the correct way ... thatβs the beauty of this site ... you learn From βexceptionalβ mistakes...
Fantastic to see you graduate! π πππππ Was curious about the video, there were loads of people dancing in the road to Indian film music (which I love!) but wasnβt sure if thatβs what you wanted to link to, they all seemed very happy π
Well done, fellow runner! π Hope you will join us on your consolidation runs and continue to post π
Thanks. Haha the main singer dancing there was basically what I was doing after the run, but the video didn't ended properly. So instead I had to express my feelings with words.
