It was a challenge but I completed it. It shows how unfit I am due to breathlessness on running. Proud of myself

You should be! I just completed week 1 run 3. I gave myself a woo-hoo out loud in the park afterwards. I got looks, but who cares!! Keep it up x

Well done, good job.

Getting the first one out of the way is a big step.

Way to go... the hardest run is down. Sofa to the end of run one isn’t easy.

You should be proud of yourself!

Don't be too rough on yourself with how unfit you are, it's a new skill. Your body very literally might not know how to breathe for this new activity you've introduced. It will catch on.

I've just finished week 1! Run 1 was horrible, I had to stop half way to take a breather and poor Sarah got a lot of verbal abuse.... But run number 2 and run number 3 (which was earlier today) were so much easier, so keep at it!

I found the first run one of the hardest if I am totally honest. I really couldn’t see how i would get through this programme at all and today I ran non stop for 30 minutes (nearly killed me tho ha) It may seem a long way away but you can do it and u will do it because you have taken the first steps. Good on you for starting and well done!
