Keep at it! When you feel ready maybe try the C25K program, it sets out for each run how long and far to run. It helps to prevent injury by doing too much too soon.

How do you track your runs on a map ๐บ? I was thinking about being creative and running not in a circle โญ๏ธ but a heart shape to show my appreciation ๐ hehe ๐
