2nd run

I did my first 2nd run today. I know that sounds odd but you have no idea how many times I have started C25K, only to not bother with it after the first run.

Well done on getting out there! That's the first hurdle passed!

Welcome to the forum!

My best tip as a fellow asthma sufferer are to be sure to use and carry your inhalers with you every time.

My best information as an anxiety sufferer is that almost everyone out there that looks like they're running is probably as self conscious as you and you're nothing like the spectacle that you would have yourself believe.

We will all do our best to help you in any way we can. Xx

One other thing I learned rather quickly was that you don't need to move fast for it to count as running. Anything that involves both feet being off the ground at the same time counts as a run. It did take me a while to master but I assure you it is possible. Xx

Well done, keep posting on here with your progress, people can help with advice and info if you need it.

Keep going 😊👍
