Hi guys, just wanted to ask whether anyone else finds the 2nd run of the week the most difficult and the 3rd the easiest?

Absolutely! Pretty much every week, every time I've done this programme! :D

That's good to know! I would've thought that it naturally got easier throughout the week but that definitely isn't the case ahahaha.

I suppose, logically, nerves on day 1 so taking it easy. Push a bit more on day 2 and find it harder. Day 3, know you can do it and feel great when done.

I'll let you know tomorrow after R2...

That’s pretty much how I see it too. I use the podcast, so run 1 see what this week’s music is. Run 2 remember it’s hard! Run 3 I’ve done this twice and know I can do it again. And it’s going to be easier than next week...!

I found it exactly that way. I did my W1R3 today and it felt so much easier. Keep going and all the best!

I have so far - but I'm yet to do W2R3. It's my next one.
