Nope, it is literally a couch with 5k emblazoned over it! I had watermelon and two squares of 90% dark chocolate. Living the dream. Oh and went out for a four mile evening walk to finish off my day 😉

Don't worry about doing 5k in 30 minutes. That's really fast and hardly anyone can do it. Just enjoy running at your own pace!

I’m very tempted to sign up as well but going to spend a few weeks consolidating first. Think a structured plan like that will be good to keep the motivation going, good luck 😉

Thanks, I was going to consolidate too but I don’t want to lose motivation without the structure. I hope that in another eight weeks it will all be a permanent fixture and I really feel like a runner. 😊 see you there.
