To everyone on here who has been so encouraging since I started this. My first run was on a cruise ship back in May and it took me 4 weeks to get to Week 2! I had terrible problems with gremlins telling me I couldn’t do it and wouldn’t be able to finish.
I’ve had some ups and downs and have had to go at the pace of my dicky knees, so slow to finish at the end but done! I’ve bought proper trainers and even some running kit.
I can do about 3.5 k in the 30 mins so I’m a way off 5 k. That’s my next aim - I must admit I have glanced at the bridge to 10K app but consolidation is my aim currently!!!
