what a jump up from week 3 runs, but I completed it. Went from 3.2km to 4.2km and pace went from 7.50m/km down to 7.30km. Took some advice from this group about not looking at my watch and try to enjoy it. Feeling pleased

Brilliant, well done you! I might add that you’re streets faster than me and I’m about to graduate on Friday!

You’ll smash 5k no problem by the end of the programme I’d say!! Fabulous! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Thank you so much, I'm focusing on getting into the routine of going every other day.

Congratulations to you for graduating this Friday, have you completed it in 9 weeks as I feel it may take longer.

Yes I’ve stuck to a similar routine each week for 9 weeks, running Mon/Wed/Fri, only changing days a little when I was away for a couple of weeks. I couldn’t not run!

It’s a very clever programme and it does make 9 weeks possible.

Good luck! 😀

habit forming, good for you. I now have an issue and can't run or do any exercise, may go back to week 3 when I'm on my feet again.
