Week 4 run 1

Ran W4R1 this morning and all went well. Was apprehensive about the move up to running for 5 minutes from 3 minutes but it seemed to go quite well. If anyone else is about to move to W4 then have the confidence that the first 3 weeks does give you the grounding to handle the move up to a 5 minute jog/run.

I will be doing my wk4r1 tonight. Thanks for allaying my fears a bit about the 5 minute jog.

Like you I was apprehensive about the 5 min runs but they wasn't as bad as I thought. I try and visualise which land mark will be at the end of the 5 min run I find this helps.

I am due to do Wk5Run1 tonight and whilst I think the 5 minute intervals will be fine then end of the week is really worrying me!

I just looked at week 5 and run 3 does look a bit scarey and a bit of a jump. But we have to think positive and know that all the running/jogging that we have done will allow us to cope with what seems like a massive step to try. Roll on week five. Let us know how it goes ?

Well done :) keep at it :)
