Well done. Be proud of yourself that you got up and did it ππ. I find that on the day's that I don't feel 100% and don't really want to do the run, they have become my best runs.

I did my first run of week 4 this morning too. Getting up at 6 on a Sunday morning- I must be mad ! I was dreading the final 5 minute run but I slowed down and I did it. I'm so proud of myself !
How was the run? Much tougher than Wk3? I've got my wk4 run 1 today. Excited at the thought of being able to run for 5 mins non stop but scared I won't be able to!
The run was fine. I just went really slowly. The feeling when you have done it is great and when Laura tells you that you have run for 16 minutes , you can't believe it !
