Just completed W1 D2 today. Just to say when you are on your last run. You really need to dig deep for that last few seconds to end the session. Now ready for W1 D3 Wednesday.

Well done Sandra - keep going. Slow down if it gets difficult. You'll make it all the way through 👍

Thank you. It just knowing that’s it’s the last run. Still jogging slow.

Well done Sandra, I’ve just finished week 1 and it feels great👍

Keep digging deep and hopefully we’ll graduate together in the same week 👏👏

Thank you. Graduation is looking a bit far away at the moment to see. I think I have W1 down.

Worried about W2 longer run. I have introduced any music yet, getting use to the prompter from Laura. I think I will start using some music as a distraction for me from the length of the runs to come.

I’m just about to start run 1 of week 2 in the next hour so I’ll let you know how it goes!!🥴

I’m the same as you, no music at the minute as I’m keenly listening for the prompt to tell me stop running!😀 music would be a good distraction though so I’ll start putting together a running playlist.

Great job... some deep digging is good, but slow down if you need to make it a little easier. Enjoy closing out the hardest week of the plan next time out.

Thank you for the encouragement. Coronavirus lockdown has help to start C25K program for a lot of people.

The deputy CMO for England even suggested it was a great opportunity to start jogging the other night in the government’s daily briefing. I’m hoping to see a lot more people out and about doing C25K now. My daughter ran today and saw a mum and young son who were evidently new and stopped to encourage them while keeping social distancing. Maybe we can come out of this pandemic a much fitter nation.

Yes. As long as they don’t stop the exercise period that is currently allowed for people.

We have other things over on the strength and flex forum to keep us all getting fitter and stronger... so if it comes to it we will only lose a little leg conditioning while keeping the body used to moving. All of this is also designed or selected to fit alongside running as cross training.
