I started this program after my middle son’s birthday. I’m a mummy of 3 with the oldest 6 so find me time difficult to find. I love having the peace to listen to my own thoughts when I’m running and enjoy listening to music instead of children’s voices! I can’t believe how clever the app is and I finished with a non stop 5k! Me! Wow! Keep going if you have doubts as it really does work.

Congratulations Mathsgeek123 what a great achievement, its a long time since my eldest was 6 but just about remember how difficult it was (mainly for my wife) dealing with 3 youngsters so managing to graduate as you have deserves enormous credit, you really should bask in the glory for a day or two
