Because sometimes life’s like that! You have so much going on in life and you put your body through 6 weeks of something it wasn’t expecting. It may be nutrition, it may be stress, it may be hydration, it may be legs still building after the last one, it could be the guy who annoyed you today in some small way was still in your head, it may be a million different things. Mo and team GB spend thousands getting everything perfect. You got the best free fitness app on the store, some support and yourself... you could run 5ks for 10 years and some would still be tough. Don’t stress it, you completed and onto the next one.

Good job, the struggles are in many ways bigger victories than the easy ones.
