Well done, that to me was the end of the hardest part, I found that switch from running to walking and back again was throwing my rhythm with breathing, I'd seem far more out of breath after doing W6R2 for instance than I did with either W5R3 or W6R3.
Keep it up, you're two thirds of the way there, you got this.
Yes I totally agree, the 1st run of week 6 just totally threw me and I struggled to run the last 5mins. Today was so much better and now looking forward to my run 3.
