Completed this run on 22 September but my Achilles hurt the following morning, could barely walk on it. tried to run again a week later after rest but could only manage 5 mins and limped home. Going to start again in the morning W3R1 and see how I go. I miss it so much.

Fingers crossed for tomorrow... take it easy... you’ll be back, just don’t push it too much.

Wishing you speedy healing, but don't mess with a grumbling achilles. I had to abandon my first attempt at C25K because of knee pain. It was 6 weeks later before I started again. A horribly frustrating wait, but it made me all the more determined to graduate and all the more grateful when I could run. Two and a half years later, still running, have run three HMs too - frustrating as it is at the time, a break doesn't mean the end of your running. Good luck 🙂
