Well, after Monday's very disappointing run, today was much better. It wasn't easy, and I still had moments when I didn't think I'd make it - especially half way through the second 10 minute run, but I did it. Not sure that I'm looking forward to R3 on Friday, but Im hoping to recapture that positivity that I found during W5R3........

Week 6 is a feisty little sucker, it can catch folk out. But it’s all good experience and these intervals are one of the best training aids you can have. Good luck for the last run - you’re on the home strait now
