Done it and got further than last time. Only about 25m but it is still a bit of progress

Well done 🙌! I found I travelled less far going through W4 early W5 - I was slowing down to keep going for longer periods; sounds like you’re able to keep the same pace or improve it which is really impressive! I’m just about to start W6 so hoping the distance creeps back up again with the longer runs :)

I’m sure it’ll go back up again. I have slowed down from W3 but am keeping an even pace and l use trees, benches and other landmarks as targets as I go round my local park. Good luck with W6 👍

Forget distance..just do the runs and enjoy them :)

Ha! The same happened to me, actually! Two days ago I completed that same run and went further as well, I was very surprised! W4R3 today :D!
